Pemerintah dapat langsung membuka pendaftaran calon aparatur sipil negara (CASN) 2021 untuk seleksi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) dan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).

Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) meyakinkan CASN yang nantinya diterima merupakan individu bertalenta yang jadi cikal dapat smart ASN atau PNS. Mereka perlu siap menjadi bagian berasal dari lahirnya birokrasi berkelas dunia 2024.

Plt Asisten Deputi Perencanaan dan Pengadaan SDM Aparatur Kementerian PANRB, Katmoko Ari Sambodo, menyebutkan seorang smart ASN atau PNS harus punya setidaknya 8 profil.

Kedelapan profil tersebut pada lain integritas, nasionalisme, profesionalisme, wawasan global, IT dan bahasa asing, keramahan (hospitality), jaringan (networking), dan kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship).

"Kita dapat melacak ASN cocok bersama dengan profil yang sanggup mendorong terwujudnya birokrasi berkelas dunia pada 2024. Kita juga dambakan para CASN memiliki sikap anti radikalisme," ungkapnya dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (6/5/2021).

Katmoko berharap sehingga seluruh pihak berbarengan meyakinkan seleksi CPNS dan PPPK th. ini berlangsung lancar. Seluruh kegiatan akan diselenggarakan bersama dengan menyimak protokol kesehatan.

"Jadwal keseluruhan seleksi yang udah dibikin bisa berubah, dikarenakan kami terhitung wajib memantau kebijakan pemerintah tentang pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 di dalam laksanakan rangkaian aktivitas ini," jelasnya.
